Where is hardly insolated? I believe it is the mind.

Find them and read them.
You will learn a lot.

Always smile in your face. It is mainly to make yourself feel
respected by YOURSELF.
Make true friends.
Only them can give you a hand when you are toubled.
Be polite.
Politeness means "not making others feel uncomfortable."
Mainly make yourself comfortable.
You can be angry, but try never losing your temper.
Take exercise.
When you have health, you have wealth in mind.
Eat healthly.
You are what you eat.
